We are establishing a new YouTube channel with luxury travel, and are looking for a talented editor that can match the style of our editor: /file/d/12ArpGKmhw0E04WK9m9byeNPyAS-jfWk6/view?usp=sharing
You must be able to match this style in order to get the job! We pay USD 70 per video of about 10-12 minutes, and have more than 200 videos we need to complete (1-2 videos a week would be ideal).

The guidelines for the videos are as follows:
1. Audience and general comments:
1.1 – The core audience is wealthy travelers looking for their next luxury vacation (incl. entertainment, dining etc.). As such, the videos are to have a high-end feel and luxury finish, and should look exclusive and professional, so that the audience feels like they are getting recommendations from a peer.
1.2 – Audience retention is the most important aspect. We want the audience to be awestruck!
2. Text:
2.1 – Only use text when names, dates, numbers, locations or similar are being mentioned.
2.2 – If units of measure are being mentioned, please also convert to other units of measure so all viewers understand (ex. if 6000 nautical miles is being mentioned, also show converted in kilometers and miles)
2.3 – Text animations must look clean and professional and look as the sample provided, to keep the style consistent and so that the audience recognizes the channel.
2.4 – Please only use 2 fonts and no more. Make sure they both look clean and professional (see the sample provided).
3. Footage:
3.1 – The editor is free to use any and all videos and photos from any websites or of the hotels/AirBnBs websites etc. in our scripts (we’ll deal with any copyright issues). But music must be copyright free.
3.2 – We would like to, as much as possible, avoid the use of meaningless or boring, stale looking stock-footage.
3.3 – If photos look better or more exclusive than the available footage, please use photos. We understand that there might not be a lot of great footage available, so please opt to use photos (in a dynamic way) if better.
3.4 – Always feel free to include horizontal footage and photos (from instagram reels etc). We imagine such footage can be shown either three next to each other (like ???) or just a single but with a dynamic background ( ? ).
3.5 – Add motion graphics and vfx as appropriate (see the sample).
4. Sound:
4.1 – Editor is free (and encouraged) to cut and edit the VO to better match the flow of the video. If there’s any comments to our scripts or VO (to make it work better, maximize audience retention), let us know and we’ll fix/upgrade it.
4.2 – Music must be copyright free. We understand that the choice of music might be compex. Editor is given freedom of creativity.
4.3 – Add a few subtle sound effects (like waves, fire crackling etc.) throughout the video (like 3 or 4 pr section). We feel like this gives an immersive experience.
5. Outtro/intro:
5.1 – Intro: most important aspect of the video. Please make sure to dial max up the entertainment aspect here.
5.2 – Outro: Following the outro, we would like a few seconds before the video ends to display our other videos (I guess you understand what we mean).
