We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who can enhance our content with quick, effective edits. The ideal candidate will be able to make cuts, zooms, and sound effects that align with our established style and enhance the overall viewer experience.
While our editing needs are NOT extensive (Youtube REACTION Channel), they are crucial to our content’s success. The ability to work quickly and efficiently is a must, as our content turnaround times are fast-paced.
Responsibilities:
– Edit and send 7-10 reaction videos per day, or around 150-210 videos per month (each video takes less than 20 minutes for ME to edit, however, you are the expert)
– Implement quick edits such as cuts, zooms, and sound effects
– Maintain the consistency of our channel’s editing style
– Meet deadlines and manage editing schedules to ensure the timely delivery of content
-Thumbnail Creation
-(OPTIONAL) Video Title Creation
Video Editor Requirements:
* Capability to meet strict deadlines.
* Collaborating with me to establish the production vision.
* Assessing raw material to create a shot list.
* Employing contemporary editing techniques to manipulate film and video footage.
* Sustaining continuity by arranging shots based on scene significance.
* Editing footage, and assembling the initial project.
* Incorporating dialogue, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
* Verifying the project’s logical sequence.
* Collaborating with the client and production team consistently.
* Crafting the final cut for broadcast.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive rate of $700-800 PER MONTH STARTING SALARY, and expected to grow rapidly) for 150-210 videos edited PER MONTH (Salary is dependent on work level, expertise, dedication, etc)
We are willing to negotiate commensurate with experience and skill level.
