We are looking for a video editor with skills and passion for editing videos that educate, inspire, motivate, and empower people. This person will be responsible for editing videos for our various social media channels like YouTube and Instagram that motivate people through high-quality videos and stories.
The video editing team works on some of the most interesting and challenging video ideas. The potential for impact with this position is significant, as the videos produced educate and motivate millions of people within our audience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in video editing, video storytelling, social media skills; they are determined, self-starters.

Video Editor Responsibilities
Produce/Edit Videos for social media platforms. Videos can range from short style (5-10 Minutes) to longer form of videos (10-60 minutes).
Edit pre-selected interviews, clips, music and other important aspects of the project.
Add music, improve sound quality, ensure correct formatting and presentation to produce the highest quality videos possible.
Transcribe audio into word format to add subtitles to the videos.
Develop video ideas that resonate with our brand to provide education and motivation for our audience.
Gather information and various forms of media from various sources to produce the videos.
Qualifications
Experience in video editing.
Experience and access to editing software. Preferably experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media, Composer, Lightworks.
Experience with storytelling and the ability to comprehend the purpose of the video’s creation.
Ability to create concept boards or visuals that show the execution plan for the project.
Proficient communication skills to understand and the project’s scope and implementation.
Creative and artistic work
Ability to translate and execute ideas into complete projects.
Ability to work on a tight schedule and fast-paced conditions.
Has the ability to proof-check work and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
