Video Editor for YouTube Poker Channel

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with a passion for poker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the poker space, excellent editing skills, and the ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos that align with our channel’s style. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content, adding graphics, and ensuring high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit video content for the channel, including poker news, controversies, player stories, and general knowledge videos.
Enhance video content with graphics, animations, and other visual elements to make the videos engaging and informative.
Collaborate with the scriptwriters and production team to ensure the final videos align with the channel’s voice and style.
Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all videos.
Ensure all video content is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects a deep understanding of the poker world.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and poker content creation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with a focus on poker or related content.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of poker, including its terminology, strategies, major events, and key players.
Excellent command of visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with YouTube and its content creation process is a plus.
