Video Editor (Full-Time)

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our YouTube automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing videos that align with our brand’s vision and standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and proficiency in video editing software. You will work closely with our content creators, scriptwriters, and other team members to deliver high-quality videos consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging YouTube videos.
• Collaborate with content creators to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.
• Implement automation techniques to streamline the video editing process.
• Enhance video content with graphics, animations, sound effects, and other visual elements.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all videos.
• Manage and organize video assets and project files.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and techniques.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, including adding end screens, cards, and thumbnails.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of videos.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with a focus on YouTube content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of YouTube’s platform, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks within the video editing workflow.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience with audio editing and sound design is a plus.
