Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both long-form and short-form content creation, with a knack for telling compelling stories through visual mediums. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s image, promoting our products/services, and engaging our target audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop and create visually compelling video content in both long and short formats for various platforms including social media (instagram reels/tiktok/youtube shorts/etc.), websites, and other marketing channels.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
Video Editing:

Edit footage to create seamless and engaging videos, incorporating graphics, effects, and other visual elements.
Utilize various video editing software to enhance visual and audio quality, ensuring consistency and coherence to the production’s style and pacing.

Storytelling:

Collaborate with content creators and writers to develop storyboards and scripts that align with the brand message and target audience.
Implement creative storytelling techniques to convey messages or concepts effectively.

Technical Proficiency:

Troubleshoot technical issues related to video recording and editing.

Project Management:

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the production process run smoothly.

Data Management:

Manage and organize all raw and edited footage, ensuring data is stored securely and is easily accessible.
Implement efficient workflows for data transfer and management.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all video content adheres to the highest quality standards and is consistent with brand guidelines.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all video outputs.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional videography experience.
Proven experience in creating both long-form and short-form video content.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Solid IT skills, including familiarity with various operating systems and file management techniques.

Creative Skills:

Strong storytelling abilities and visual creativity.
Ability to translate concepts into dynamic visual content.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Organizational Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
