Video Editor, Graphic Design Work, Football Knowledge

Hey everyone

I am a Youtuber with close to 200,000 subs, who uploads on a daily basis. I am looking to level up the production and quality of my channel. My Channel is focused on Chelsea FC, so I am looking for a dependable, flexible, innovative, creative, disciplined and motivated figure to work with.

I must be very, very specific about my requirements. This won’t be for everyone. This is a very niche role. I am looking for someone who has knowledge on the Premier League and Football. They must also have some years of professional experience, not freelance experience, as my needs are more sophisticated. Equally, I need someone who has an eye for style and design, attention to detail and someone with access to fast internet and a strong PC or Laptop strength.

I will only accept applicants who are able to match requirements, I must admit, many applications received before, were incredibly similar to each other. Show why you are unique if you are interested.

I only want someone who uses Adobe software to make work flow a lot easier, as I would like a lot of templates, for videos, social media + more. That is the software I exclusively use. Projects will be tasked daily, as well as additional ones that will be discussed too. ( For example translation for my videos ).

An expert in graphic design and video editing is definitely a priority. You’re skillset will be valuable. Top internet connection speeds are also needed, so workflow can be maintained at a good speed, so I do not have to wait too long for projects.

I am looking to work with someone on a full time basis, 40hrs a week. But to start with things, am happy to find someone part time and over the next month or 2. Flexible hours are needed based on conditions like the time Football matches start for example. So there could be timezone differences at times to work through, so consider that.

I am happy to offer performance related bonuses at the end of the year. I believe in fairness, If my vision is aided with its only right I return the same positive energy back.

As I said, this is a very niche role, but, the benefits are, if someone can help my channel grow, I WILL offer more money as time goes on.

I’ve designed and produced everything individually, so I am looking for someone, who can better my work and bring more personality.

Work will include understanding my workflow, producing assets, video assets, editing videos and more.
