About Us:
Whitney Sewell is the founder and CEO of a family of brands – , Life Bridge Capital, Omnah Foundation, and The Real Estate Syndication Show. We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Graphic Designer to join our team and help us build each of these brands both individually and together. If you are amazing at what you do, a self-starter, multi-talented, and dedicated to improving everything you work on, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
-Video Editing:
—Edit weekly podcast audio and video content.
—Produce and edit high-quality promotional videos for marketing campaigns and social media.
—-Handle video editing for online courses and educational content.
—Produce 20 to 30 reels per month that are engaging and aligned with our brand.
-Graphic Design:
—Design compelling graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
—Create visuals for websites, ensuring they align with our mission and impact messaging.
—Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content that enhances our brand.
-Creative Development:
—Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for all visual content.
—Continuously improve and refine video and graphic design outputs.
—Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and graphic design to ensure our content is always cutting-edge.
-Project Management:
—Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
—Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
—Be accountable for the quality and effectiveness of all visual content produced.

Required Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
-Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing and graphic design work.
-Excellent creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
-Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience using Hubspot
-Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
-Basic knowledge of web design principles.
