Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Developer & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing engaging learning materials and visual content to support various career explorations. This position involves creating videos, infographics, social media visuals, and presentations that align with our educational framework.
Responsibilities:
Video Production: Create high-quality videos using platforms like Synthesia and VEED, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
Audio Integration: Match audio content with avatars to enhance the user experience, ensuring seamless synchronization.
Infographic Design: Develop compelling infographics that simplify complex information and align with our learning objectives.
Social Media Visuals: Design eye-catching visuals for social media posts, product launches, and campaigns, maintaining consistency with branding and marketing strategies.
Presentation Creation: Prepare visually appealing presentations using Microsoft Sway or PowerPoint, following the established learning framework.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content development and marketing teams to ensure all visuals and multimedia content meet the desired objectives and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
Proficiency with video production tools.
Strong understanding of audio integration with visual content.
Expertise in creating infographics and social media visuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Sway, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in educational content creation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Contract Details:
Duration: This contract lasts until the 27th of September.
Hours: Weekly hours vary from 30-40, depending on the workload for that week.
Rate: We offer €6 per hour.
Daily Meetings: We organize a daily online catch-up meeting (15-20 minutes) to cover what needs to be done or what has been done that day and plan for the next few days. Due to the time difference, we ask for the catch-up meeting to be at 10 a.m. IST (we are based in Dublin).
From October 2024 there is an option for a full-time contract employment for one year, with the possibility to transition to a full-time permanent job.
