JOB SUMMARY: I’m looking for a full-time Video Editor / Content Producer who is creative, communicative, meets deadlines, and loves their craft. You will help produce & edit engaging YouTube videos, shorts, and help make thumbnails. Over time, you’ll grow beyond just video editing. I’m a professional coach, building a YouTube channel around my ideas on wellbeing, growth, and self development. I will also make videos on my opinions on different ideas, issues, and events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experienced Video Editor (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Long form videos & some shorts
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc
• Thumbnail creation (Photoshop/Canva) (or can learn)
• Good written & verbal English communication
• Creative, growth mindset (learns & grows), and has good ideas & suggestions
• Understanding of AI (Midjourney, etc.) is a PLUS
• Good internet (with backup), your own laptop/computer (good/external storage), camera & microphone (for video calls),
COMPENSATION: (Full-Time Employee; Long Term; Remote)
Pay: $500-650/month, depends on skill & fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (Flexible if you have good creative eye & learn/grow fast)
• Edit engaging videos with B-roll, transitions, stock footage, visual & sound FX, background music, text overlays, and more on using Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Make thumbnails for YouTube (& other graphics) in Photoshop/Canva
• Brainstorm and implement creative ideas as a team
• Observe internet/content trends. Idea generation, suggestion, validation
• Give feedback/ideas on videos we produce
• Can learn to use Notion
• Learn new approaches for editing & graphic design (via courses, emulating others, lectures)
