VIdeo Editor/Graphic Designer

I am seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Video Editor/Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual elements of our projects, including video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. Your expertise will help us create compelling and visually stunning content that engages and captivates our audience.
Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Edit raw footage to create polished and visually appealing videos. This includes selecting the best shots, trimming clips, adding transitions, and incorporating effects and graphics.
Motion Graphics: Create eye-catching motion graphics and animations to enhance our video content. This involves designing and animating titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other visual elements.
Graphic Design: Develop visually impactful graphics for various purposes, such as social media posts, website banners, promotional materials, and presentations. Ensure consistent branding and visually appealing design across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling content. Collaborate with writers, producers, and other team members to ensure the final product meets the desired vision.
Multimedia Production: Assist in the planning and execution of multimedia projects, including video shoots, photography, and audio production. Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall production quality.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video editing and graphic design. Continuously improve skills and proficiency with relevant software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of the edited videos and graphic designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements. Address any feedback or changes promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.
Excellent eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and incorporate changes effectively.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and techniques.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, but not required.
