Position: Podcast Editor, Video Creator, and Graphic Designer
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Podcast Editing:

Edit podcast episodes to enhance audio quality, including noise reduction, audio balancing, and adding music and effects.
Ensure smooth transitions between segments for a seamless listening experience.
Implement edits based on feedback to align with the podcast’s style and tone.
Video Short Creation:

Develop captivating and concise video shorts optimized for platforms like Instagram.
Use creative video editing techniques to capture the essence of podcast content in a visually engaging manner.
Collaborate with the team to ideate and execute innovative video concepts.
Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for podcast cover art, episode thumbnails, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Maintain consistency in branding across all visual assets to reinforce the podcast’s identity.
Content Scheduling:

Coordinate with the team to plan and schedule the release of podcast episodes and corresponding video shorts.
Ensure content aligns with strategic goals and promotional campaigns.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the podcast host, content team, and other stakeholders to execute content ideas effectively.
Maintain clear and open communication to ensure the final product meets expectations.
Adaptation and Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to optimize content strategies.
Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to enhance the podcast and video content.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
Experience in podcast editing using platforms like Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Hindenburg.
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, and podcast editing work.
Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms for content optimization.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas for content enhancement.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication.
