Haydn Halsted is a realtor based in Spokane, WA, with a successful YouTube channel dedicated to helping people relocate to Spokane and make informed real estate decisions. With a growing viewership, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality content and engaging with our audience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our YouTube channel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining video production, content scheduling, community engagement, and channel growth strategies. This is a remote position starting on a per project basis but quickly transitioning into a full time position.

Responsibilities:

Video Production Assistance:
Assist in the creation and editing of both long form and short form video content.
Utilize video editing software to enhance video quality.
Research and gather data for video scripts and topics.

Content Scheduling:
Manage the content calendar, scheduling video release dates and times.
Monitor video analytics and audience engagement to optimize release schedules.

Community Engagement:
Respond to viewer comments and engage with the audience.
Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure a positive and respectful community.

Channel Growth:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to grow the channel’s subscribers and views.
Research and recommend trends and topics to maximize reach and impact.

Research and Data Management:
Conduct research on relevant real estate and Spokane-related topics.
Organize and maintain data related to video performance and audience feedback.

Design and Graphics:
Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva for creating channel artwork, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
Utilize AI tools for generating engaging content and graphics.

Requirements:
Background working in the Real Estate industry a HUGE plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in video editing and production.
Knowledge of Canva and AI tools for design and content creation.
Proficiency in YouTube analytics and SEO is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to research Spokane, WA given local news sources
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable internet access and necessary equipment for remote work.

Compensation:
This is a per project, remote position with a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience and skills. The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere and if you seem like a good fit, this will quickly transition into a full time position.
