Video Editor/Graphic Designer that will edit my videos, design & create thumbnails/posts, and 2d/3d animated logos

Hello! My name is Daniel Hansen, I run a video/content creation business called “DTM FILMS”. I help people and businesses be able to have consistent high-quality video content to grow their business or capture special memories. I’m also working on trying to grow my own social media accounts and business. I have an Instagram account with roughly 300 followers a TikTok with 108 followers a YouTube channel with only 25 followers because I’ve been super busy helping my clients grow their social media accounts. I also have my own drone course I started and launched but it’s been small because I haven’t had the time to work on it much called “30 Day Drone Master” (30DDM for short). Our clients are primarily local businesses (with a few exceptions that require travel) or weddings and real estate agents and we need lots of short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts). But we also need plenty of Long Form Content for client work (10-15 minute videos to post to my course and YouTube).

I am looking for a skilled video editor/content creator who is ready to grow and get even better at editing to our style and who I can build a long-term (many years) relationship with as my go-to video editor, social media manager, and graphic designer. Someone who can not only edit my clients’ work but help me grow my own social media accounts and business.

Your daily tasks will require 3 main skillsets:

1) A highly skilled video/photo editor and fluent in the English language (must be familiar with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Audition, and other Adobe products)
2) Graphic Design capabilities to create thumbnails, Instagram/TikTok posts, logos (2D, 3D, and animated), and emailing list emails.
3) Ability to manage social media posts. Posting across multiple platforms, keeping a strict schedule, and replying to comments.

My number 1 requirement is turnaround time while maintaining high quality. You have to be able to finish edits within a day depending on the project.
