Video Editor | Graphic Designer | Virtual Assistant for Shopify

I am currently seeking a motivated and serious individual to join our e-commerce team as a part-time Virtual assistant for : Video Editing, Graphic Design and Shopify. Our company specializes in e-commerce and has been successfully operating in e-commerce for the past five years. As we aim to expand our operations, we need a reliable assistant to support various tasks and grow with us over time.

Responsibilities:

* Video Editing:

– Video editing using tools like Capcut or similar.
– Creating Facebook ads videos by cutting sequences, adding subtitles, and other elements.

* Image Editing and Logo Creation:

– image editing on Canva or similar.
– Designing logos and other graphical elements.

* Virtual Assistant for Shopify :

– Creating and configuring products.
– Customizing and manipulating themes.
– Handling general settings

* Product Research:

Utilizing tools like Minea or Facebook Ad Library to find products based on specific criteria provided.

* Expectations:

The work will be conducted in French. You will need to use translation tools like DeepL or ChatGPT for content translation, which I will review and correct.
Initial engagement will be part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and the success of our projects.
A one-month trial period will be in place to assess skills and commitment.
A performance-based bonus will be discussed and agreed upon following successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in creative development for Facebook Ads.
-Strong skills in video editing with sound and subtitles.
-Experience with photo editing and design.
-Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
-Ability to research and identify potential products for e-commerce.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating your creative work and achievements.
– Strong motivation and seriousness towards the role.
