Video Editor (Growth Potential)

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced (Facebook) Ads Video Editor to join our marketing agency specializing in facilitating the rapid growth of eCommerce companies. If you have a proven track record in creating captivating video ads that drive conversions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
* Create compelling video ads for Facebook, optimizing for direct response marketing and maximizing conversion rates.
* Source content online to use for our video ads
* Create new hooks based on working video ads
* Collaborate closely with media buyers/managers to execute ideas and deliver high-quality video content.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in video editing
* Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles, psychology, and the ability to apply them to video ad creation.
* Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality video ads that drive measurable results.

This is initially a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week. However, exceptional performance and the ability to drive growth will lead to a full-time opportunity within 1 month of being hired. We offer an attractive bonus system based on individual and team achievements.
