Video Editor [HIRING IMMEDIATELY]

I’m looking for a rockstar in-house video editor. And I WILL HIRE IMMEDIATELY.

Your skillsets:
– Adobe Premiere
– Adobe Aftereffects
– Adobe Photoshop

The job will be video editing.
I WILL grant you access to AI video editing apps to make your work even faster.
We will communicate with Click to view.

Here are some things I ABSOLUTELY NEED:

– Timeliness:
A person that can stick to a schedule. I need a RAPID turnaround time on our work and client work. You should be able to produce an edit within 24 hours at HIGH QUALITY.

– English Proficiency:
A person that has a STRONG command of English. You should be able to caption videos with a high level of accuracy. I can not have spelling errors causing project delays for me or my clients.

– Creative Direction:
I’d like a person that can challenge me and choose the best hook for a video that would lead to a better video marketing campaign. A person that knows how to brand my videos for social media to fit with the overall color scheme and image of my brand.

– B-roll usage.
I would like for you to know how to create a good story line using B-roll, that mixes well with the content being created. Bonus points if you already have access to great B-roll footage

-Adobe AfterEffects:
You should be able to make creative designs that would make the content more visually appealing. Overlays, background effects similar to Hormozi and others.

What the job will require/entail:

The requirement for the job is 20 hours per week. You choose when to work. More importantly than the number of hours you work is that you get the job done. If you can do it in less time, even better for you.

Weekly, I will send you long form recordings (1-1.5 hours each). You will review them, timestamp the pieces that work for social media, rearrange them for maximum effect, then cut and edit them to work in various social media channels:
– Short form for instagram,
– Longer form for facebook and youtube.

The ideal candidate will know about video marketing on different platforms to help us reach new audiences and grow the business.

Company Growth:
We are expanding, and we help people with their video marketing. There will be an opportunity for additional work as the business expands, and you are able to bring on more people to grow the editing arm of our business.

Pay for this postition will be 10,000 PHP per month to start. As we grow, your hours and your pay WILL increase as well.
