Job Summary:
We are actively searching for a talented Video Editor + Instagram Ads Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on creating reels out of long-form videos and Instagram ad campaigns to strategically grow our Instagram following with ideal client. If

As a Video Editor + Instagram Ads Virtual Assistant t at H7FF, you will have a significant impact on our success by implementing our strategic marketing campaigns using Instagram Reels + Instagram Ads. You will collaborate closely with our CEO to align with our growth strategies to grow our Instagram following, generate leads, and create captivating reels. Your expertise in crafting engaging reels and building audience specific ad campaigns will be essential in achieving our goals.

This is a part-time, 10-20 hours per week position during US Central business hours.

Experience you must have:
– 2 or more years of video editing experience
– 2 or more years of Instagram ad campaign experience
– 2 or more years of experience working with international clients in the coaching and/or consulting industry
– Excellent video editing skills for Instagram reels
– Excellent Instagram ad campaign skills
– Strong analytical capabilities, including determining the best-performing ads and maximize the reach of our reels
– Understanding of audience growth strategies targeting ideal clients (not just anyone)
– Proficiency in content repurposing and turning long-form video into reels

Skills and Qualities:
– Ability to understand and align with CEO’s strategic direction
– Precise and detail-oriented, great with Instagram reels and ads
– Clear-headed, quick-thinking, and graceful in high-pressure situations
– Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner
– Excellent communication skills (interpersonal & writing)
– Flexibility in handling a changing workload
– Extremely good with video messaging
– Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
– Team player
– Cooperative and dependable
– Reliable, punctual, and keeps commitments
– Positive, energetic, and great work ethic

Requirements:
– Will start as a Part-time role, 10-20 hours per week
– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
– Powerful personal computer
– Excellent English verbal and written skills

Compensation:
$8-$12 USD/hour, depending on experience
