**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with experience in editing longer-form content such as podcasts (ranging from 20-40 minutes) and creating engaging reels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities, and proficiency in video editing software. This role requires someone who can bring creativity and technical expertise to the editing process, ensuring our content meets the highest standards of quality and captures the audience’s attention.

**Responsibilities:**
– Edit podcasts ranging from 20-40 minutes in length, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and engaging visuals
– Create compelling reels that showcase our content and attract audience attention across various social media platforms
– Collaborate with content creators, producers, and other team members to understand project objectives and deliver outstanding results
– Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance editing projects
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve editing skills and techniques

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills across a variety of projects
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
– Excellent understanding of video editing techniques, including pacing, timing, and storytelling
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting tight deadlines
– Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to editing projects
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Experience with audio editing and sound mixing is a plus
– Knowledge of social media platforms and trends is preferred
