Video editor motion graphics

I’m starting up agency and I’m looking for a professional video editor with at least 5-10 years experience.
You will also need a fast Internet connection for us to work together.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with an associate’s degree or a certificate in video production will also be considered.
Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion graphics work.
Skilled in video-editing, graphics-editing, and audio-editing software.
Excellent editing skills to produce polished and engaging videos.
Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
Creative thinking to contribute innovative solutions during production.
Attention to detail for ensuring high-quality output.
Graphic design background is highly advantageous for creating interactive video content.
Work Environment:

This is a fully remote, freelance position.
The role requires direct collaboration with the Managing Director.
Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work across different time zones may be required.
Responsibilities:

Manipulate and edit film pieces to create cohesive and engaging stories.
Grasp the production team’s needs and specifications accurately.
Review scripts and raw material to make informed shot decisions.
Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects into videos.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of final productions.
Continually adopt new editing technologies and best practices in the industry.

Additional Skills:
Ability to manage multiple mini video projects concurrently.
Proficiency in creating final deliveries, including graphical elements and interactive buttons.
Strong graphic design skills are desired to enhance video editing capabilities.
