Responsibilities:

Edit and produce engaging short-form video content, such as reels, for social media platforms.
Ensure all video content is delivered within 2-3 days from assignment.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver content that aligns with the brand’s vision and message.
Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and enhance video content.
Utilize various video editing software including Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Premiere Pro to create professional-quality edits.
Add appropriate music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure the content remains fresh and innovative.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, specifically with short-form video content.
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in short-form video editing.
Ability to deliver high-quality edits within a 2-3 day turnaround time.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content performs best on each.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a variety of clients, including real estate, small businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies.
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
Knowledge of color grading and audio mastering.
