Video Editor Needed – Cinematic Talking Head Stories

Looking for a SKILLED VIDEO EDITOR to create cinematic story videos from talking head recordings. [Long-Term, Per-Project Pay] The ideal candidate will excel in crafting compelling narratives and possess a keen sense for sound design. This position is ideal for someone who can transform straightforward talking head footage into engaging, simple, clean and cinematic-feeling 3-5 minute videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.

NOTE we are not looking for the classic or busy Hormozi editing style, emphasis on making viewers FEEL something through this stories – through the editing and leaning more into authentic expression, clear visuals, and amazing sound design.

Key Responsibilities:
* Edit talking head videos into 3-5 minute cinematic stories, ensuring each video is compelling and maintains a strong narrative flow. Skillfully incorporate B-roll and sound design, enhancing the storytelling without relying on heavy animations.
* Maintain high standards for video aesthetics and narrative coherence, aligning each project with the overarching vision and goals.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio that includes work on talking head. Excellent narrative skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey stories and concepts effectively through video.
* Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to utilize its full capabilities for video editing and sound integration.
* Around 2-3 videos per month, paid on per-project basis. Subject to change but hoping to work together long-term.
