Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, creative video editor with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro. Skills in After Effects are a plus. You understand how to create engaging content and can handle multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
About the Role:
As a video editor at Nitro Media Group, you will be responsible for:
– Editing various types of videos, including promotional content, Instagram reels, interview videos, sizzle reels, event recaps, real estate tours, and vertical social media content.
– Managing raw footage through live Dropbox folders.
– Organizing multi-camera footage, audio, drone footage, and exterior assets.
– Creating Premiere Pro group project source files.
– Editing videos within given deadlines.
– Exporting videos with provided export settings (1 VBR Pass, 50mbps, 4K, 1080p).
– Uploading final edits to live Dropbox export folders within each respective project.
Daily Responsibilities:
– Receive and organize raw footage.
– Create and manage Premiere Pro group project files.
– Edit videos and apply feedback.
– Export and upload final edits.
Requirements:
– Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
– Knowledge of various video formats and resolutions, including HD, 4K, and beyond.
– Creative problem-solving skills.
– Ability to meet deadlines and apply feedback effectively.
– Proficiency in editing multiple videos while maintaining high quality.
– Understanding of branding and storyboarding.
– Skills in audio mixing and mastering, transitions and effects, color grading, and multicam editing.
– Attention to brand guidelines and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with Adobe After Effects.
– Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
– Knowledge of color theory and sound design.
