If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Virtual Assistant – Video Editor.
Responsibilities:
– Receive raw video files and footage from our team.
– Edit videos using the Screenflow application on an Apple computer.
– Apply necessary cuts, trims, transitions, and effects to enhance the overall video quality.
– Incorporate audio, music, and other elements to create a cohesive final product.
– Ensure consistent branding and adherence to our video editing guidelines.
– Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver on expectations.
– Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously.
– Provide revisions and adjustments based on feedback.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in using Screenflow on an Apple computer is crucial.
– Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
– Excellent command of video editing techniques, including pacing, transitions, audio editing, and color correction.
– Exceptional attention to detail to deliver polished and error-free videos.
– Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
– Reliable internet connection and appropriate computer equipment/software.
– Previous experience working as a virtual assistant or in a remote role is preferred but not required.
This is a part-time position with the potential for growth and increased responsibilities based on performance. The workload will vary depending on project requirements, and the ability to deliver high-quality edited videos within short timeframes is essential.
