We are currently seeking a talented Video Editor / Social Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence through engaging video content and impactful social media strategies, focusing on the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit compelling video content, including promotional materials, educational videos, and podcast episodes, to support our marketing and educational efforts. The candidate should be proficient in using a variety of editing software and be able to adapt to new technologies.
Content Creation: Develop creative and informative social media posts related to real estate, aiming to engage our target audience, including borrowers and Realtor partners. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends and translating complex mortgage processes into accessible content.
Social Media Management: Post and manage video content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to maximize reach and engagement. This includes scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to guide strategy improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align video content and social media strategies with our overall brand identity and marketing goals. This may involve participating in brainstorming sessions and providing creative input on marketing campaigns.
Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of video content and social media activities, using insights to optimize future content and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content (promo, educational, podcasts).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Movavi, Capcut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Experience with social media management and content creation, particularly within the real estate industry, is highly desirable.
Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
