Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator 20-50 Pieces Of Content Per Day

We are looking for a content creator who can create a ton of content at scale for our real estate brokerage.

Content we would like to be created include:

1. Social media stories, reels & youtube videos
a. Using our existing listing videos and editing them into multiple engaging reels and stories
b. Using our existing listing photos and converting them into slide show videos, reels, stories
c. creating videos about local neighborhoods, market reports, local events
d. creating informational videos about different real estate and home tips

2. Creating social media posts with a similar theme to the videos but including lifestyle and feature shots of our current listings and sold home, along with posts about local events and home tips etc.

3. Enhacing the profiles and managing the social media profiles, messages, and increasing engagement, outreach, and followers

4. Blog Creation & posting using ai prompt.

Content Creation & Posting Quota:
20-50 pieces of content per day scheduled and posted.

Daily minimums
5 stories per day – on all social channels with proper formatting and captions /hashtags for each channel
5 reels per day – on all social channels with proper formatting and captions /hashtags for each channel
5 social media posts per day – on all social channels with proper formatting and captions /hashtags for each channel
5 youtube shorts per day
5 youtube videos per day – these can either be about listings, branding, or about upcoming local events, communities, local market reports, local restaurant guides, local attractions etc. SEO optimized to rank for each video’s target keyword.
5 blog article per day – using keywords or local events, market reports, articles about communities, attractions etc.

These content creation numbers will ofcourse need someone with experience in creating templates and utilizing Ai tools to create, edit, post the content along with ensuring the best possible SEO/reach/engagement.

We need someone with a lot of experience in social media and content creation for this position. You will need to create a proposal or action plan on how you plan on accomplising these quoatas and what tools you will be using to do so. Also, previous clients/case studies showing you have grown previous clients’ social media platforms and send portfolios of your work.

This position, unlike most will have an income scalable to very high amounts per hour based on these factors:
1. Content output per day
2. Content Quality
3. Engagement & follower growth
4. Keyword ranking for youtube videos on youtube & google search
5. leads/business generated from the content created

You will be started at a base hourly rate and after the first monthly review can expect an increase based on the above factors.

Please note that this will be a very fast-paced position where the candidate will need to plan and be creative on how to execute each task & channel to maintain quality content at scale. This is NOT a simple “social media management job” where beginners with only a couple years of experience should apply to. We don’t want to waste your time or ours.
