We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor / Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our online content creation and management.

Job Description:
As a Video Editor / Social Media Manager at Hakim Halim Realtor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and ensuring the seamless production and distribution of our video content. Your responsibilities will include:

Video Editing:
* Edit and enhance daily video content, including TikTok LIVE sessions, podcasts, home tours, vlogs, and more using Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Utilize AI tools like AutoPod to streamline and expedite the video editing process.
* Create engaging and SEO-optimized short videos (30-60 seconds) from TikTok LIVE Q&A sessions, with a focus on extracting valuable questions and timestamps.
* Edit long-form videos for YouTube channel, ensuring high-quality content.

Content Distribution:
* Create short clips from podcast sessions to be shared on platforms like TikTok and Reels, directing viewers to our long-form content on YouTube and Spotify.
* Craft captivating home tour videos (4-6 minutes) from provided A-roll and B-roll footage, selecting appropriate music and enhancing the overall appeal.
* Edit vlogs, creating both short clips and long-form content for distribution.
* Produce 3-6 short-form videos per platform and 1-2 long-form videos daily.

Social Media Management:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, aligning with our content strategy and goals.
* Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
* Utilize ChatGPT for copywriting assistance to ensure content is SEO-optimized.
* Interact with the audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software.
* Familiarity with AI tools for video editing, such as AutoPod.
* Solid understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and YouTube.
* Excellent copywriting and SEO skills for optimizing content.
* Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and captivating videos.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
