Requirements:

Proven experience as a T-Shirt & Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of designs.
Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
Knowledge of printing processes and techniques for t-shirt design.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback and changes.
Good time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
