Video Editor that can Understand spoken Norwegian

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and perceptive individual fluent in Norwegian to join our team as a Content Curator and Video Editor. In this role, your primary focus will be to understand the nuances of the Norwegian language and culture, extracting valuable content from our Q&A calls, sales meetings, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Listen to and understand the content from Q&A calls, sales meetings, and client interactions.
– Identify and curate inspiring, thought-provoking, and valuable content suitable for a wider audience.
– Cut out shorter clips, ideally around 60 seconds, ensuring they meet criteria such as being helpful and inspiring without revealing sensitive information.
– Conclude clips, and if needed, provide guidance for intros during live sessions.
– Add captions to videos using tools like CapCut
– Basic video editing skills are required, such as making jump cuts, adding overlays, and enhancing overall visual appeal.
– Work closely with the team to ensure alignment with the overall marketing and content strategy.
– Collaborate with the team to create outros, encouraging audience engagement and participation.

Requirements:
– Understand spoken Norwegian; fluency in spoken and written Norwegian would be even better (Note: Fluency is not mandatory, a good understanding is sufficient).
– Understanding of the nuances of the Norwegian region and culture.
– Basic video editing skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
– Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to curate content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals.
– Comfortable working with sensitive information without disclosing confidential details.
– Availability for a full-time position with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
