My goal is to provide my audience with engaging and inspiring content that keeps them coming back for more. I’m looking for a talented Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer to join my team and help elevate my videos to the next level.

**Job Description:**
I’m seeking a creative and experienced Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer who can help craft videos with strong hooks and maintain excitement to ensure high viewer retention. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for beauty, vlogs, and healthy living content, and a proven track record of creating captivating visuals and thumbnails.

**Responsibilities:**
– Edit two full-length videos per week for YouTube, ensuring each video has a compelling hook and maintains viewer interest throughout.
– Create two engaging YouTube Shorts per week that capture attention quickly.
– Design eye-catching thumbnails for all YouTube content that encourage clicks and views.
– Produce 4-5 TikTok posts per week, utilizing trending formats and sounds to increase engagement.
– Collaborate with me to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
– Ensure all content aligns with my channel’s brand and aesthetic.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in video editing and thumbnail design, specifically for beauty, vlog, and healthy living content.
– Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
– Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating thumbnails (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
– Familiarity with YouTube and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
– Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience working with lifestyle or beauty influencers.
– Knowledge of current trends in social media and video content.
– Basic understanding of SEO and how to optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags.
