Video Editor, Thumbnail Designer, and Channel Manager – Bitcoin Niche

Luke Broyles is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor, Thumbnail Designer, and potentially a Channel Manager to join his team for a Bitcoin-focused YouTube channel. The primary focus will be on editing interviews, overlaying stock footage, and creating visually engaging content in a cinematic and professional manner. There will be no narration, animation, or scriptwriting involved.

Responsibilities:

Edit interview videos with overlaid stock footage to enhance visual appeal.
Ensure a high level of professionalism, entertainment, and engagement in the final video product.
Use stock footage to create visual aids that captivate and retain viewer interest.
Optimize videos for maximum retention and clickthrough rates.
Create eye-catching thumbnails for each video to improve clickthrough rates.
Potentially manage the overall channel, ensuring consistency in branding and content delivery.
Collaborate with content creators to understand their vision and enhance the overall quality of the videos.
Keep ahead of YouTube trends and best practices to optimize content for the platform.
Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to handle a high volume of videos.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor and Thumbnail Designer, preferably with a focus on YouTube content.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve).
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of YouTube optimization, including retention, SEO and clickthrough rate.
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with content creators.
Knowledge or interest in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is a plus.

Compensation:

$300 per month with the potential for salary increases based on consistent quality improvement.
A Long-term commitment with a steady flow of work is expected.
