New Forest Activities is a UK based company providing unique and engaging outdoor experiences in The New Forest National Park. We are expanding our digital presence and looking to create compelling video content that captures the essence of our activities, tells stories and inspires our audience.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our team. This role starts part-time with the potential to increase. We have a large archive of repository of video and images, with more current content captured on a weekly basis.
From the archives footage we need Marcus Sheridan style information videos and updated show real content created in order improve our web presence and empower our inbound marketing campaigns.
From the weekly content, it’s about story telling – showcasing our staff and clients to create compelling short-form and longer testimonial style videos (up to 5 minutes) for social media and our website.
You should have experience using AI tools, editing 360-degree video clips, and a portfolio of past work showcasing your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Compile and edit raw video content into high-quality short-form and long-form videos.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance video editing processes and create innovative digital assets.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content for social media and our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.
Learning and Application: Quickly learn from provided video content and guides, applying this knowledge to improve content creation and workflow.
Project Collaboration: Work with the team to receive and implement regular content updates and feedback.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Video Editing Software: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered video editing tools.
360-Degree Video: Ability to edit and create content from 360-degree video footage.
Passion for Growth: Strong interest in personal performance, learning, and making a positive impact on the world.
Initial Screening: Video conversation with shortlisted applicants, discussing real case studies and unique contributions.
Short-term Project: Selected candidates will complete a paid short-term project (approximately 4 hours) to demonstrate their capabilities and productivity.
Longer Trial: Up to two candidates will be given a longer paid trial (approximately 2 days).
Review Period: Based on performance, a longer-term agreement will be made, with pay and hours reviewed monthly.
