Video Editor & VA: Edit Podcasts, Build IG Audience – Work Within Dynamic Team

Now, we’re searching for that special someone to be our Video Editor and Virtual Assistant, all rolled into one, for a full-time, long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

– You have experience with growing an Instagram account (YouTube and TikTok experience is also very welcome, since we eventually want to post here too).
– You have the editing skills to edit the podcast and create engaging reels out of it that resonate with our target audience.
– You have an OPEN mindset and are eager to learn, its very important in this dynamic role that you’re open for feedback and proactive for learning.
– You’re open for a long-term job within an motivated team that wants to reach new heights together.
– You need to be willing to fully understand the business model we’re teaching within our podcast, community and program. We will, of course, explain everything to you.

Your Roles:

– Craft engaging reels out of our podcast with captions that resonate with our target audience. You understand which parts of the podcast are good to select for a reel.
– Edit the weekly podcast episode; create an engaging video hook to make people curious for the episode and insert two pre-recorded ad breaks.
– Post one reel and three stories per day on our Instagram page. We’ve got you covered with materials and inspirational IG pages to follow.
– Respond to DMs with a strategic opener question (we’ll provide several options, only opener question is needed, after that we take care of it)
– Tracking and measuring our audience and reach growth on the platforms we’re publishing on, so we can see if we’re actually growing our audience.
– You’ll be community manager of our Discord that has 1.500 members. The goal is eventually to have people reach out to you 1:1 that want to know more about the mentorship program that we offer.
