Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with expertise in DaVinci Resolve to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical skills to produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand standards.
Responsibilities:
– Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using DaVinci Resolve.
– Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual stories.
– Implement color grading, sound editing, and special effects as needed.
– Ensure all videos are consistent with the brand’s style and guidelines.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of our video content.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is a must.
– Solid understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio editing, and visual effects.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
– Knowledge of other editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
– Willing to work in PST/PDT for 8 hours or more
– Must be willing to use a time tracker (Hubstaff).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working in advertising, entertainment, etc.
– Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
