Job Role Key Responsibilities: Video editing for our Youtube Channel, Tiktok and also the online courses. As a Youtube channel manager, you’ll be editing, uploading and managing videos, with optimising for SEO on Google. You’ll also research best topics to extend our views and also interact with commenters. Videos will be prerecorded and footage sent via google drive for you to edit.
About the Job: No video editing training given, so candidates MUST have experience in basic video editing, such as audio correction, graphics and captions. They will work on 2-3 videos a week and upload them to platforms. Some guidance and feedback will be offered on a regular basis.
We are a small team of 4. Candidates must take part in a monthly online meeting once a month.
A weekly 30min 1-1 is also required to talk through the weeks plans and goals.
Video Manager Job Duties:
Manages company Youtube Channel
Engages in social media presence on Youtube
Proposes new ideas and concepts for Youtube Content
Manages social media communications
Analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize channel
Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
Assists the business with large projects, events, and community management through video editing
Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) via Youtube
Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of Youtube Channel
Researches industry innovations and tools.
