Our team is expanding!
We are looking for a talented and seasoned video editor to join our team that specializes in making engaging, entertaining, and high-quality YouTube videos that can later be turned into TikTok, Reels, or Shorts material.

Responsibilities:
– Working with the creative team to produce video concepts and storyboards for YouTube and short-form content.
– Edit and improve video footage to create high-quality videos optimized for YouTube and other short-form content sites.
– Cut and splice video footage to create a compelling and attention-grabbing end result.
– Enhance the video with special effects, music, and sound effects to make it stand out on YouTube and other short-form content platforms.
– Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and provide videos that fit the unique standards of YouTube and short-form content platforms.

Qualifications:
– 1+ years as a video editor, specializing in YouTube and short-form content platforms like TikTok & Reels
– Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard software.
– Strong understanding of video production techniques and processes that are specific to YouTube and short-form content platforms
– Ability to look at reference videos and be able to replicate certain FX and Editing Styles
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Great understanding of current tech and American culture
– Strong English proficiency

Technology Requirements:
– ABILITY TO EDIT VIDEO IN 4k/30FPS AN ABSOLUTE MUST!
– Webcam & Mic for ZOOM calls
– Internet Connection (speed must be above 20 Mbps both Download and Upload)

Workload:
We are expecting to give you about 40-50 hours of work every week.
– 3 YouTube videos every week ranging from 8-10 minutes per video
– Convert those YouTube videos in to 3-6 (Shorts/TikToks/Reels) (30-60 seconds each)
– Create Thumbnails for YouTube/Tiktok/Reels

Compensation:
– $5/hr 45hrs per week (~$900/month)
– Bi-weekly payout
