We are on the hunt for a dedicated full-time Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer to join our team, focusing on our YouTube Channel and Online Courses.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in crafting YouTube-specific videos and designing compelling thumbnails. Your expertise should include the ability to create engaging videos that boost viewer retention. This involves integrating various elements like sound effects, text overlays, infographics, smooth transitions, panning techniques, and relevant stock footage to enhance the entertainment value of our content, with minimal guidance required.
Additionally, your skill set should encompass the creation of eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that naturally attract clicks, understanding the key components that make a thumbnail effective.
We value a proactive approach where you can independently determine the focal point of each video and design a corresponding thumbnail that encapsulates the essence of the content, with little to no direct input needed.
Our expectation is for you to efficiently produce one high-quality video and its accompanying thumbnail within a standard 8-hour workday. You have the flexibility to choose any 8-hour shift, five days a week. The starting salary for this role is $250 per month, with potential for advancement based on performance.
