Video Short Production Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
We are a rapidly growing marketing automation company seeking a Video Short Production Manager to help produce high-quality video content for our company and customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production and graphic animation to create professional-looking videos. This individual will need experience with video post-production, editing, logos, text, and image animation.
SKILLS NEEDED
• Expert English skills (both spoken and written)
• Expertise in video editing and animation
• Experience with video transcription and captioning
• Organized and self-motivated
Above all, all applicants must commit to 1 hour of sales/marketing training per day. Hires will be given access to best-in-class training, which must be consumed each day.
COMPENSATION
We offer a 30-day paid probation period at $300. After probation, we will offer bi-monthly pay on the 5th and 20th of each month via . Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
PROBATION PERIOD
During probation, you will be evaluated on speed, precision, communication, and skills for the position. You must be available during U.S. business hours (8 am-8 pm PST) and work a minimum of 4 hours during this period. We will have plenty of campaigns to keep you busy, and if you want to earn more, you can work more hours.
POSITION EVALUATION
At the end of the probation period, we will evaluate your performance, and one of three things will happen:
1. We will bring you on as a full-time salaried employee (great job)
2. We will offer you contract work on an hourly basis (good job)
3. We’ll pay you in full, and we’ll part as friends (not so good job)
