If you are an experienced customer support or executive assistant that has an excellent track record for customer service, this job is for you.

This role is NOT for someone who:

– Wants to work on their own timing
– Is not accountable for how they spend their time during their shift

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

– Requires your FULL attention during your shift to monitor video
– Must login to shift on time
– Must be at a computer during your shift
– Must have good internet connection to be able to stream video
– Must send daily status report at beginning and end of shift

ABOUT VIEWLOGIES

Viewlogies is a video streaming platform that specializes in video streaming memorial services. We enable all people to view a funeral service even if they can’t be there in person.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You’ll work with the President of the company to help him stay in touch with customers, answer calls from customers, schedule meetings with customers, and monitor videos that the company produces.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

– English speaking
– English writing

– Task management software
– Ability and willingness to learn new things

SHIFT HOURS

We need to hire for 2 shifts:

– Shift 1 = MON, TUE, WED from 4pm to 9pm U.S. PST (7am to 12pm Manila)
– Shift 2 = THU, FRI, SAT, SUN from 4pm to 9pm U.S. PST (7am to 12pm Manila)
