We’re looking for someone to take over our video production.
Here’s what you’ll be expected to produce/complete each week.
1. Edit and publish our podcast.
This includes inserting Ad’s, intro and outro then publishing as a audio podcast and a video to YouTube. It also includes writing the show notes using templates and correctly having timestamps. Making sure there is a relevant thumbnail and title produced with our marketing and design team.
2. Social clips and Reels.
This includes taking the podcast, coaching recordings, webinar recordings or company owner direct to camera recordings and clipping them into short form content. These must include b-roll from our library and relevant to our business. No stock images or video. You will then maintain a publishing schedule of 1 per day on YouTube Reels, IG Reels, and TicTok. Meaning you must produce a minimum of 7 per week.
3. MidForm YouTube Videos.
This is where we take the short form reels you’ve created from the podcast interviews with members we’ve done at step 2 and link them together with a story to form a 8-10 minute video (See example on our YouTube). In weeks where we don’t produce one of these videos, we will produce a 8-10 minute “masterclass” video. These videos require a good understanding of storytelling, context of pains, wants and desires of the audience and graphic editing. We produce one of these a week. You will need to publish these to our YouTube and to our Social Media Platforms.
4. Weekly Operations.
Provide content at least 1 week ahead of posting for quality control sign off from the team. Keep a social media publishing calendar that is easily sharable so you can keep track of what we post, where and when. Post on the platforms your content on an as required basis to get the best results. Provide a weekly stats report of the key metrics and results of your work. Provide an ongoing and as you see it example of best practice and content you want to replicate and produce that comes from leading B2B coaching companies.

From here we will progress 3 people to a paid trial task on Friday 18th @ 4pm Philippines local time that will be due by Wednesday 23rd at the latest.
