Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and capable Video Producer/Podcast Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in the rapid authoring of eLearning content and audio, as well as managing the production cycle of longer podcasts and documentary-style videos. If you have a knack for creativity, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently on rapid projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality videos and podcasts for our management consultancy and eLearning offerings.
Rapidly author engaging eLearning content and audio.
Manage the entire production cycle of longer podcasts and documentary-style videos from concept to final product.
Collaborate with our team to ensure content meets our standards and objectives.
Utilise generative AI tools to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Maintain and update our WordPress site with new content (bonus).
Requirements:

Proven experience in video production and podcast production.
Proficiency in rapid authoring of eLearning content and audio.
Strong project management skills, particularly in managing longer production cycles.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with WordPress (bonus).
Ability to work efficiently in a remote team environment.
