A dynamic ad marketplace, is searching for a talented individual to join our team as a Video Editor, Social Media & Growth Specialist. You’ll be a one-person powerhouse, crafting engaging content, driving leads, and collaborating with the founder to propel our brand forward.

Become our multi-platform maestro: Develop and execute winning social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and potentially other emerging platforms.
Content Creation King/Queen: Craft high-quality video content that captivates our audience. This includes filming, editing with CapCut (or similar tool) and weaving compelling stories.
Lead Generation Guru: Identify and implement strategies to generate leads, sales, and new clients through social media.
Ad Management Ace: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Master of Communication: Engage with followers through messages and emails, fostering a strong online community.
Growth Hacking Extraordinaire: Analyse data from social media and ad campaigns to continuously optimise performance and maximise impact.
Intern Sensei: Train and mentor future marketing stars on the project team.
Founder’s Right Hand: Assist the founder with day-to-day tasks, providing valuable support and diverse perspectives.

What it takes to thrive:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
A knack for creating engaging videos (filming, editing with CapCut or similar tool, storytelling).
Experience with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads (a plus).
A data-driven approach to social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
