In this role, you will work on the following functions:
Work on the development and execution of video projects from concept to completion.
Manage all technical aspects of video production, including splicing, editing, and sound mixing.
Craft compelling narratives that align with brand objectives and engage target audiences.
Oversee post-production processes to ensure quality control over all aspects of video editing and graphics integration.
Ensure all video content consistently reflects the brand’s voice and vision.
Work closely with other creative team members, including graphic designers and marketing professionals, to merge visual storytelling with strategic marketing goals.
The Video Production Specialist may work on projects such as:
Podcast Videos – Producing video content for podcasts, enhancing audio experiences with visual storytelling.
Corporate Videos – Creating engaging content that showcases the company’s culture and values.
Product Demonstrations – Highlighting the features and benefits of products through dynamic video presentations.
Training Modules – Developing informative and instructional videos to facilitate employee training and development.
Brand Campaigns – Producing compelling visual content for marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Customer Testimonials – Crafting stories from customer experiences to build trust and enhance brand reputation.
Social Media Content – Designing short-form videos tailored for social media to boost engagement and reach.
Event Coverage – Capturing key moments and producing highlight reels for corporate events and conferences.
Important Skills:
Analytical skills: Assess how visual content will be perceived by different audiences to ensure the message aligns with client goals.
Artistic Talent: Create aesthetically pleasing designs with a keen eye for detail, whether sketching by hand or using digital tools.
Communication skills: Must communicate with the Creative Director, Project Managers, Developers and other designers to ensure that their designs accurately reflect the desired message and effectively express information.
Technical skills: Mastery of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Innovative Creativity: Develop unique design solutions that effectively convey clients’ messages while standing out in the market.
Efficient Time Management: Juggle multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks to maintain productivity under pressure.
About You:
Core qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in video production and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
Experience working within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to produce innovative and visually appealing designs and videos.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
