Hey there! We’re a bustling video production company that specializes in corporate videos, and we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who’s ready to dive into the world of video production with us. What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling Emails: You’ll send emails, respond to client inquiries, and keep our communication game strong.
Creating and Sending Invoice Proposals: You’ll tailor invoice proposals based on what our clients need, making sure they’re clear, accurate, and reflect the value we bring.
Scheduling: From organizing tasks to booking appointments, you’ll ensure everything runs on time.
Project Management: Help us keep track of project progress and make sure everything’s moving forward.
Phone Calls: Sometimes, you’ll need to pick up the phone for a quick chat or follow-up with clients or team members.
Skills and Experience
We’re Looking For:
Know-How in Video Production: Experience or knowledge in video production, videography, or a similar creative field is a must. We deal with corporate video production, so you should be comfortable and professional in this setting.
Communication Pro: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are non-negotiable. You’ll be our voice to the clients and team.
Tech-savvy: Are you willing to learn our workflow and CRM system (we use Hoonkeybook) or already have experience with it? Perfect!
Flexibility and Problem-Solving: The ability to adapt quickly and come up with solutions is key. If you’re someone who can navigate the unpredictable and turn challenges into opportunities, we need you.
Creative Insight: We appreciate a creative eye and an understanding of the video production process. Even though your main role isn’t creative production, being able to contribute ideas and understand creative decisions makes a big difference.
Attention to Detail: We can’t stress enough how important it is to catch the little things, whether it’s double-checking emails, making sure schedules are error-free, or reviewing documents for accuracy. Your keen eye for detail ensures our high standards are maintained in every aspect of our work.
Discretion and Trustworthiness: Handling sensitive information comes with the territory. We’re looking for someone who respects confidentiality, can be trusted with client information, and maintains professional integrity at all times.
