Role Overview:
Our client, a start-up tech company focused on AI video capture across Australia, Europe, Asia, and the USA, is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic person to work in our QA department reviewing AI automated video and customer service experience.
This position requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, a passion for action sports, and experience in handling administrative tasks. The role combines video review quality assurance (QA), customer service, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
Video Review QA: Review and correct videos captured by our AI system, ensuring accuracy and quality in the identification of athlete videos, and fixing any mistakes you find. This task demands meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of action sports.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing solutions and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Respond to customer service tickets effectively and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the product’s accuracy and user experience.
Schedule Management: Manage work hours effectively, adhering to the specified shift times to cover essential operating hours.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in video editing and QA, with the ability to identify and correct errors in video content.
Experience or a strong interest in action sports, with an understanding of the dynamics and key elements of various action sports.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
Young, dynamic, and enthusiastic about technology and customer engagement.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Timezone: Greenwich Mean Time

Working Hours: We are looking for two people to cover the following shifts:
Person 1 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
Thursday and Friday: 7 hours daily from 4 AM to 11 AM Manila time / 8 PM to 3 AM GMT
Saturday: 4 hours from 4 AM to 8 AM Manila time / 8 PM to 12 AM GMT
Thursday: $50.75 AUD
Friday: $50.75 AUD
Saturday: $30.45 AUD (including night differential for 4 AM to 6 AM)

Person 2 (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)
Monday and Tuesday: 8 hours daily from 8 PM to 4 AM Manila time / 12 PM to 8 PM GMT
Sunday: 4 hours from 4 AM to 8 AM Manila time / 8 PM to 12 AM GMT
Monday: $63.80 AUD (including night differential for the entire shift)
Tuesday: $63.80 AUD (including night differential for the entire shift)
Sunday: $30.45 AUD (including night differential for 4 AM to 6 AM)
