We are looking for an advanced video/reel editor who will be able to consistently edit content at a fast rate without losing efficiency and be able to flip finished products within 24 hours.
This experienced video editor should also be able to send all files for reel size and regular video size for Youtube via Google Drive.
Responsibilities:
• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Skills:
• Training in multimedia and communications helpful
• Proficiency in editing software programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Instagram Reels, etc..
• General understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology
• Ability to take and follow directions, while also having a creative eye for improvements

The test entails footage of our team and company culture. Some footage will be candid and some will not be but the overall goal will be to capture special moments (smiling, laughing, educating, hard at work) from the footage and sequence them into a fun, professional, yet interactive reel with the intention of recruiting more agents to our team. Essentially a hiring ad campaign promo reel.
Requirements should include:
• A minimum of 5 different clips to be used (included in the google drive package, see below)
• Edit any necessary color adjustments so the footage is visible (contrast, brightness, smoothness, etc…)
• Reel format for Instagram / FB / TikTok
• Under 60 seconds
• Trending audio music
• Must include 3 different transition techniques
• Visible subtitles within reel bleed lines
• LHG Branding with LHG logo, Lato font (included in google drive package, see below)
• LHG Branded/ Logo HEX code colors to be considered: #636e70, #b40101, #cccccc, #999999, #404040.
• Accent colors to be considered: #274762, #e8d7c1, #abe3dc, #e15f20
