Overview
We’re looking to hire someone that is proficient in building and editing video reels and crafting static creatives who will be working with us long-term and manage ours as well as our clients’ campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

We’re looking for a Video Reels and Static Creative Designer, with the necessary technical skills in; Editing videos on Aftereffects or Premier Pro and designing static creatives on Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.

You’ll be responsible for the brand image of our clients, making sure the important points on the video reel/static creative are highlighted and capture the attention of the readers. – You’ll work with the media buyers and the management team to build
high-converting video reels and static creatives.

You are required to have a deep understanding of how to design and build high-converting videos and static creatives for clients on multiple platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube)

This is a full-time role and you’ll be expected to work within our office hours between 10am-7pm SGT, 5 days a week.

Your Key Responsibilities
EXECUTION

– Video Reels Editor: Building and editing video reels for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube) and multiple objectives. (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
– Static Creatives: Designing and building static creatives for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube)and multiple objectives. (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
– Multiple Account Management: You’ll be building for multiple clients in multiple industries that have a $100,000 SGD monthly combined ad spend.
– Breakthrough Implementation: As a Video Reels and Static Creative Designer, it will be your responsibility to stay on top of the latest trends and high-converting edits and designs, especially in Singapore.

You’ll be responsible for keeping an active lookout into video reel edits and static creative designs that have been working for others and documenting and applying them to our clients’ video reels and static creatives.

SYSTEMS AND SOP MANAGEMENT

– Daily Task Management: You’ll be responsible for identifying which tasks have been planned for you and which have the highest priority. This will ensure that our Project Manager (PM) and Project Coordinator (PC) can launch the
campaigns smoothly.
– Daily Reporting and Tracking: You’ll be responsible for updating the Asana board with the tasks you have completed, currently working on, or need more time to work on. This way your Project Manager (PM) and Project Coordinator (PC) can make strategic decisions, and that account managers can use to report to clients.
– Cross Team Data Communication: You’ll be responsible for communicating with the team and receiving insights to improve the results/conversion of the video reels and static creatives that you build for our clients.

Qualifications + Requirements
KEY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
– Disciplined Processes: You’ll need disciplined thinking in terms of the systems you follow to craft converting video reels and static creatives: How do I utilise the agency swipe files? How do I reference the previous working video reels or static creatives for this client? How do I craft multiple video reels and static creatives for various industries quickly and effectively?
– Ability To Swipe: You’ll need to be able to quickly identify what references you can use to quickly find working designs and edits to apply to your video reels and static creatives.
– Meticulousness: Due to the nature of building multiple video reels and static creatives, you’ll need to be extremely meticulous in all areas of your job scope, to avoid mistakes when building. (eg. Make sure the dates for a webinar on the static creative or video you’re building has the right dates set out by the client)
– Initiative: You’ll need to take strong initiative to let the team know what you need to make the static creative or video. Do you need direction? Do you need copies? Do you need assets from our clients?
– Communication: The team will rely a lot on your strong communication ability to let them know what assets are needed, and what you require to build winning video reels and static creatives.
– Confidence: Being responsible for the design and emotion the video reels and static creatives deliver to the viewers, this directly ties into the brand image for the clients.

Technical Qualifications
1) A minimum of 2 years of experience building and editing video reels and static creatives for clients in multiple industries, especially in high ticket coaching, education, financial and real estate.
2) Video Reels Editing and Static Creative Designing Skill: You’ll need a strong system to help you edit 2 to 3 video reels or craft 5 to 6 static creatives for each campaign. The videos and static creatives will need to have different designs and layouts so that we can test to see which designs and layouts are responding well with our audience. You’ll need to do this on repetition for multiple clients, editing and designing for different types of funnel setup and flows. (TOFU | BOFU | Appointments, Webinars, Etc)
3) Video Reels Editing and Static Creative Designing Speed: You’ll need to be able to edit video reels and craft static creatives quickly as you’ll be building multiple video reels and static creatives for each client based on different types of funnel setup and flows. (TOFU | BOFU | Appointments, Webinars, Etc)

Bonus:
1) An understanding of direct response copywriting
2) An understanding of Facebook media buying
3) An understanding of Tiktok Ad Buying
