We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor proficient in Premiere Pro to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and visually appealing video content for various platforms. Your primary role will involve editing raw footage, adding special effects, and enhancing videos to deliver engaging and high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage and ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless visual flow.
Incorporate special effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and translate them into visually captivating videos.
Trim and rearrange video segments to create cohesive and engaging stories.
Select and incorporate suitable music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance the video content.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.
Use creativity and critical thinking to suggest improvements and innovative ideas for video production.
Keep up to date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video editing skills.
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.
Maintain an organized library of video assets and resources for efficient workflow.
Utilize relevant websites and online platforms to source additional video assets, stock footage, and sound effects.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor, preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X.
Proficiency in using Premiere Pro, including advanced editing techniques, transitions, color grading, and audio manipulation.
Strong understanding of video composition, visual storytelling, and the ability to create a captivating narrative through editing.
Familiarity with special effects, motion graphics, and animation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adhering to project guidelines and client requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing projects showcasing creativity, technical skills, and proficiency in Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of AI and its applications in video editing (bonus).
