Videoeditor 100% remote and long term (Some German understanding needed just for correct cutting)

We are a creative Start-Up that focuses on selling art courses and art supplies.
Our goal is to create the best possible learning experience for artists and creative people.
At the moment, we are searching for support in the area of video-editing.
The job is 100% remote and long term.
We are not searching someone for a limited project, we are searching a new team member.

We will start with 3-4 hours work time per day and if everything works well, we would like to hire you full time.

The maintasks of your job will consist of cutting Youtube Shorts, Youtube Longform Videos, Product Trailers, Social Media Ads and Online Courses.
In short you will handle all video editing tasks that come up in our company.

Requirements:
– very good knowledge in Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere or similar programs.
– Basic understanding of German language. You do not need to speak or write German. Just understand where the cuts make sense.
– Experience in editing Youtube-, Tiktok, Instagram Videos.
– Ideally, experience in cutting social media ads.
– Ideally, knowledge about the structure of ads that sell. (AIDA etc.)
– Proactive working and improvement.
– Interested in working with us on a long term basis and become a part of our team.
– At least 3 hours per day available.
– Nice to have: Interested in art and creativity
– Nice to have: Experience with Videography
