Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team who is passionate about creating captivating videos that drive engagement and leave a lasting impact on audiences.

As a Videographer, you will be responsible for producing engaging videos for use on various digital media channels, including social media reels (organic), paid social media, YouTube shorts, and display videos/programmatic.

The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment and deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines. Innovation in video concepts and adherence to platform specifications are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and edit engaging videos for use on digital media channels.
– Collaborate with the marketing teams to understand project objectives and create video concepts that align with client requirements.
– Ensure that videos meet platform specifications, optimising them for each channel and format.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in videography techniques and digital marketing.
– Work under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality videos for various projects.
– Provide creative input and innovative ideas for video concepts that align with client objectives.
– Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual aesthetics across all video content for each brand.

Requirements:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
– Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio displaying a variety of video projects.
– Proficiency in video editing software and tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
– Understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, audio recording, and cinematography principles.
– Knowledge of social media platforms and the specific requirements for video content on each platform.
– Storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts into engaging video narratives.
– Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
– Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
– Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software is a plus.
